RACE COURSE AND START TIMES
Keiki Girls/Boys/Mixed: 2 miles. Women/Junior Girls/All Mixed: 9 miles. Men/Junior Boys: 12 miles.
Keiki Girls/Boys/Mixed Race: 8:00AM. Start behind two flags. Proceed north, turn on the flag at High Rock. Proceed south towards the finish line, same as start of the race, 2 miles.
Women/Junior Girls/All Mixed Race: 15-minutes after the completion of keiki race. Unlimited Start Time: 5-minutes AFTER non-koa & koa canoes. Start behind two flags. Proceed north, turn on the flag at Red Hill. Proceed south towards the finish line, same as the start of the race, 9 miles.
Men/Junior Boys Race: 15-minutes after the completion of Women/Junior Girls/All Mixed Race. Unlimited Start Time: 5-minutes AFTER non-koa & koa canoes. Start behind two flags. Proceed north, turn on the flag at Black Point. Proceed south towards the finish line, same as start of the race, 12 miles.

Pay Entry Fee
Each crew member signs the Kawaihae Canoe Club Waiver
On the day of the race (May 11th), bring the signed Kawaihae Canoe Club Waiver and receipt of Venmo payment to the check-in tent.
Payment made on the day of the race is by CASH or CLUB CHECK ONLY! NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Registration ONLINE ONLY VIA RACE DAY LIVE. NO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION. On the day of the race, all crews must check-in at the Check-In Tent with completed waiver and payment. Check-In Tent opens at 6:30AM.
ENTRY FEE
Payment due upon registration. $120 per adult crew, $60 per keiki/junior crew. Cash, Club Check or Venmo @kawaihaecanoeclub. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Payment made on the day of the race is by Club Check or Cash ONLY!
Other Race Information
Coaches Meeting: For keiki race: 7:30AM. For women’s/mixed/juniors and men’s race: approx. 8:05AM, immediately following the start of keiki race.
Lunch: Will be served to all participating paddlers and coaches. A vegetarian lunch option is available. Click HERE to request a vegetarian lunch.
Awards: Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes in all divisions.
